Your pre-order deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to your specific order going into production. We will communicate with you regarding your order, ensuring you have ample time to choose whether to procede, before it goes into production. Refund requests can be submitted via email to info@xrsounder.com, and refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days back to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued once production for your specific order has started.
